Coconut Tomato Curry

Easy and Delicious Coconut Tomato Curry

'Coconut Tomato Curry' is an easy making recipe but the taste is not compromised. Try this when you are in need of tasty recipe within 10 minutes.


Ingredients

1. Tomato – 250 gms.
2. Onion (small) – 100 gms.
3. Grated Coconut – 3 tablespoon.
4. Green chilli – 2 nos.
5. Ginger – 1 small pc.
6. Garlic – 5 pods.
7. Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon.
8. Salt – as required.
9. Oil – 25 ml.
10. Red chilli powder - ¼ pc.
11. Turmeric powder – 1 pinch.

Preparation Procedure

Step 1. Grind the coconut, tomato and fennel seeds (without water).
Step 2. Heat the vessel with oil, fry the chopped onions, green chilli, ginger and garlic.
Step 3. Add the mixture (prepared in step 1).
Step 4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, allow it to cook until the raw smell gets
over.
Step 5. Allow it to become thicker gravy.
Step 6. Serve hot with rice or dosa.

Taste Tip:

* Season with mustard and curry leaves.
