
Ingredients:
1. Crab ½ kg.
2. Onion - 100 gms.
3. Coconut Milk - 200 ml.
4. Red Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
5. Cummin Powder - 1 teaspoon.
6. Pepper Powder - ½ teaspoon.
7. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoon.
8. Turmeric Powder - 2 pinches.
9. Oil - as required.
10. Salt - as required.
11. Coriander Leaves - 2 spoons.
Preparation Procedure:
Step 1. Clean the crabs well.
Step 2. Fry the onions and add the ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cummin powder and salt.
Step 3. Add some water and allow it to cook well.
Step 4. Add the crabs.
Step 5. Add the Coconut milk into the mixture.
Step 6. Allow it to cook well along until the gravy gets thicker, as you require.
Step 7. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Step 8. Serve hot and get ready to enjoy one of the tastiest recipes.
Secret Tips:
- Add tomatoes to give the smooth taste.
- Add some lemon juice for the unique taste and flavour.
