Spicy Mushroom Curry

Prepare Spicy Mushroom Curry






Ingredien
ts:

1. Mushroom - 400 gms.
2. Onions - 100 gms.
3. Tomato - 100 gms.
4. Green Chilli - 2 nos.
5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoons.
6. Coconut Milk - 100 ml.
7. Red chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder - 1 teaspoon.
9. Cummin powder - ½ teaspoon
10. Garam Masala powder - ½ teaspoon
11. Pepper powder - ¼ teaspoon
12. Coriander leaves - 1 cup.
13. Salt - as required.
14. Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
15. Oil - 50 ml.

Preparation Procedure:

Step 1. Heat the oil and fry the onions and green chillies.
Step 2. Add chopped mushrooms and fry well.
Step 3. Add turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes and fry well.
Step 4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cummin powder and pepper powder and ginger garlic paste and fry well.
Step 5. Add some water and allow it to cook.
Step 6. Add coconut milk and now allow it to boil.
Step 7. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot.
