Chicken Chops Curry :

Preparing Chicken Chops Curry:



Chops curry is a spicy masala dish that suits rice, chappathi, roti and dosa. It goes well even with Chick Biriyani. It is a good time to try it and enjoy.


Ingredients:

1. Chicken - 500 gms.
2. Onion - 200 gms.
3. Tomato - 200 gms.
4. Pepper - ½ teaspoon.
5. Cummin Powder - ½ teaspoon.
6. Fennel Seeds (Chombu) - ½ teaspoon.
7. Crated Coconut - ½ cup.
8. Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoon.
9. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoons.
10. Green Chilli - 2 pcs.
11. Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch.
12. Red Chilli Powder - ½ teaspoon.
13. Salt - as required.

Preparation Procedure:

Step 1: Fry the onions with green chilli.
Step 2. Add the cleaned chicken.
Step 3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cummin powder, ginger garlic paste, grinded crated coconut with pepper powder and salt and fry it well.
Step 4. Add water and chopped tomatoes and fry it well too and allow it to cook for 10 minutes in pressure cooker.
Step 5. Now keep it in a low flame and allow it to dry to get the gravy thicker.
Step 6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Step 7. Serve hot and enjoy your meals.

Secret Tasty Tip:

* The masala need to get fried well till the raw smell goes off.
* To get different flavour and taste, add garam masala. It would enhance the spicy taste.
