How to prepare Chicken Cutlet?

Preparing Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients:

1. Boneless Chicken (Minced) - 300 gms.
2. Pepper Powder - ½ teaspoon
3. Breadcrumbs - 1 cup.
4. Egg - 2 no.
5. Breadslice - 2 nos.
6. Oil - 250 gms.
7. Salt - as required.
8. Maida flour - 1 teaspoon.

Preparation Procedure:

Step 1. Soak the breadslices in the water and squeeze the water out.
Step 2. Add salt and pepper powder to the minced chicken and grind it without water and add the soaked breadslice.
Step 3. Prepare the egg batter adding maida flour and salt.
Step 4. Shape out the chicken mixture into a shape you like.
Step 5. Dip the shaped chicken mixture into the egg batter.
Step 6. Now dip them into breadcrumbs.
Step 7. Deep fry them.
Step 8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Secret Taste Tips:

* Add garam masala powder in Step 1, if required.
