
Ingredients:
- Egg - 4 nos.
- Onion (Small) - 2 nos.
- Tomato - 3 nos.
- Green Chilli - 2 nos.
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon.
- Turmeric Powder - 2 pinches.
- Cummin Powder - ½ teaspoon.
- Oil - as required
- Salt - as required
Step 1. Heat the vessel with oil and fry the onion with green chilli.
Step 2. Add tomatoes and fry it well.
Step 3. Add red chilli powder, cummin powder and turmeric powder and fry it for 5 minutes.Step 4. Add 150 ml of water and allow it to boil
Step 5. Now break-open the eggs (raw & unboiled) and add to the mixture and allow it to cook until the egg is boiled well.
Step 6. Serve hot and it goes well with chappathi, roti or rice.Secret Taste Tip:
- Do not add excess of water.
- Allow the egg to be boiled well.
- Garnish the dish with coreander leaves.
