How to prepare Hot Shell-less Crab Masala

Prepare Hot shell-less Crab Masala:

Crab based foods are tasty ones. But this crab recipe is a different one with better taste. Try this by yourself and enjoy it.


Ingredients:

1. Crab – 750 gms.
2. Onion – 250 gms.
3. Red-chilli – 3 nos.
4. Green chilli – 3 nos.
5. Pepper Powder - ½ teaspoon.
6. Cummin Powder - ½ teaspoon.
7. Curry Leaves – as required.
8. Coriander Leaves - 2 cups.
9. Grated coconut – 2 tablespoons.
10. Turmeric powder – 1 pinch.
11. Salt – as required
12. Oil - 3 tablespoons.
13. Chopped Garlic - ½ teaspoon.

Preparation Procedure:

Step 1. Clean the crab and steam it well and then remove the shells.
Step 2. Heat the oil and Fry the chopped onions, chopped garlic, red chilli, green chilli curry leaves and fry them well.
Step 3. Add the shell-less crabs.
Step 4. Add a pinch of turmeric powder, salt and pepper powder.
Step 5. Fry them well.
Step 6. Add grated coconut.
Step 7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Step 8. Serve hot.

Tasty Tip:

* It goes very well with rice, pulav and biryani.
* Garnish with fried capsicum.

simple.. just bite...dont use a gadget for tht... as its really nice to taste the juices ...
