How to prepare Coconut Milk Prawn Curry :

Coconut Milk Prawn Curry:

Prawn curry is the tastiest dish for rice for sure. Try this unique recipe and enjoy.


Ingredients :

1. Prawn - 250 gms.
2. Coconut Milk - 200 ml.
3. Onion - 100 gms.
4. Tomato - 100 gms.
5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoons.
6. Lemon - 1
7. Green Chilli - 4 nos.
8. Cummin Powder - ½ teaspoon.
9. Curry Leaves
10. Oil - as required.
11. Salt - as required.

Preparation Procedure:

Step 1. Heat the vessel and fry the onions and curry leaves.
Step 2. Add the finely chopped (or grinded) chopped green chillies.
Step 3. Now add the cleaned prawns.
Step 4. Add chopped tomatoes.
Step 5. Add the ginger garlic paste and cummin powder.
Step 6. Allow it to get fried till the raw smell gets off.
Step 7: Add salt, coconut milk and allow it to cook.
Step 8. Serve hot and enjoy one of the tastiest meals in the world.


Secret Taste Tips:

* Marinate the Prawn with salt and lemon juice for over half an hour to bring in the taste.

* Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
