
Ingredients:
1. Carrot - 500 gms.
2. Sugar - 300 gms.
3. Milk - 500 ml.
4. Cashewnut - 25 gms.
5. Ghee - 50 gms.
6. Powdered Cardamom (Elachi) - 5
Preparation Procedure:
Step 1: Boil the milk.
Step 2: Grate the carrot, (Scrap them into very thin pieces).
Step 3: Add the grated carrot into the milk.
Step 4: Now add the sugar into the mixture and wait and allow it to cook.
Step 5: Further add the roasted cashewnut, Cardamom and ghee and mix it well.
Step 6: The tasty carrot halwa is now ready.
Step 7: Serve hot and Enjoy it.
