How to make 'Paneer Chilly Fry' :

Paneer Chilly Fry:







Ingredients:

1. Paneer - 200 gms.
2. Chopped Garlic - 5 pods
3. Coriander Chopped - 1 table spoon.
4. Corn Flour - 2 table spoon.
5. Salt - as required.
6. Pepper (powdered) - ½ tea spoon.
8. Soya sauce and Chilly sauce.

Preparation Procedure:

Step 1. Dip the square shaped paneer in corn-flour paste and deep fry it. Keep it ready.
Step 2. In a wessel, heat the oil and add green chilly, garlic, soya sauce, chilly sauce, salt and pepper, then fry it. Allow it to cook till it gets brown in colour.
Step 3. Now, add paneer and garnish the dish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
