How to prepare Prawn Fry:



Eating prawn based food is a tasty affair and gives a great taste when prepared with care. Here is the way to cook. Enjoy !

Ingredients:

  1. Prawn – 500 Gms.
  2. Onion – 200 Gms.
  3. Tomato – 100 Gms.
  4. Green Chilli – 4 Nos.
  5. Turmeric Powder – 2 pinches.
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste – 4 teaspoons.
  7. Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon.
  8. Salt – as required.
  9. Cummin Powder - ½ teaspoon.
  10. Coriander Leaves – 3 spoons.

    Preparation Procedure:

    Step 1. Clean the prawns well.
    Step 2. Heat the vessel with oil and heat it.
    Step 3. Add onions and fry well until it turns brownish.
    Step 4. Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste.
    Step 5. Add the chilli powder, cummin powder and turmeric powder with salt.
    Step 6. Add tomato and fry it along.
    Step 7. Then add the prawns, add some water and allow it to cook.
    Step 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    Step 9. Serve hot.

    Secret Tips:

* Add chopped capsicum when frying the onions to get the good flavour and unique taste.
