
Paneer omlet is the different dish for sure. The omlet gives the unique flavour when it is made this way along with paneer.
Ingredients:
1. Paneer - 100 gms.
2. Onion (medium size) - 2 no.
3. Green Chilli - 2 no.
4. Curry Leaves - as required.
5. Egg - 4 no.
6. Pepper powder - ½ teaspoon.
7. Red Chilli Powder - ½ teaspoon.
8. Cummin (Jeeragam) - ½ teaspoon.
Preparation Procedure:
Step 1: Add 2 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and add chopped paneer, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, cummin, pepper and red chilli powder and fry it.
Step 2: Now add this mix to eggs and stir it till it gets mixed.
Step 3: Now heat the tawa and prepare omlets in the usual way.
Step 4: Serve it hot and enjoy.

- Add tomato pieces just before the omlet is boiled fully.
- Garnish with coriander leaves to get the unique flavour.
- Apply pepper powder over omlet before you take it off the tawa.
- Do not get it boiled 100%, take it off before while it still looks gravy.
- Apply oil slightly before you take the omlet off the tawa.
