How to prepare 'Hot Fish Fry'

Prepare 'Hot Fish Fry'









Ingredients:


1. Fish - 500 gms. (Flesh only and cut into medium size cubes)
2. Onion - 200 gms.
3. Tomato Sauce - 3 teaspoons.
4. Green Chilli - 3 nos.
5. Capsicum - 1 no.
6. Red Chilli Powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoons
8. Coriander Leaves - 1 cup.
9. Curry Leaves - as required.
10. Salt - as required.
11. Oil - 50 ml.

Preparation Procedure

Step 1. Heat the oil and fry the onions with green chillies and curry leaves.
Step 2. Add chopped capsicum and salt and fry it well.
Step 3. Add ginger garlic paste.
Step 4. Add red chilli powder and tomato sauce.
Step 5. Add fish and fry it along.
Step 6. Add some amount of water and allow it to cook.
Step 7. Keep the stove in low flame and let the gravy dry and thicker.
Step 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Step 9. Served hot.

Secret Tips

* Add some lemon juice and keep the fish a while before cooking.
