How to Prepare Aloo Mattar Paneer Masala:

Preparing Aloo Mattar Paneer Masala:

Aloo, by default, is a tasty ingredient. Adding this to Mattar and Paneer, we get the unique taste.

Ingredients:
1. Potato – 500 gms.
2. Mattar (Peas) – 200 gms.
3. Paneer – 200 gms.
4. Tomato – 4 nos.
5. Coriander leaves – 2 cups.
6. Oil – 4 teaspoons.
7. Cardamom – 2.
8. Bay leaf – 1 no.
9. Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 teaspoons.
10. Green Chilli – 3 nos.
11. Onion – 2 Nos.
12. Garam Masala - ½ teaspoon.
13. Dry Mango Powder - ¼ teaspoon
14. Salt – as required.
15. Turmeric powder – 1 pinch.
16. Red Chilli powder - ½ teaspoon.

Preparation Procedure:

Step 1. Boil the potato and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2. Chop one onion, tomatoes and paneer.
Step 3. Grind another onion with cardamom, ginger garlic paste, green chillies.
Step 4. Heat the oil and fry the paneer and keep it aside.
Step 5. Now seperately fry the onion with bay leaves and add the masala mix and mattar.
Step 6. Add chopped tomatoes and fry it well.
Step 7. Now add boiled potatoes and add some water with salt.
Step 8. Now add garam masala powder, dry mango powder, a pinch of turmeric powder and red chilli powder and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
Step 9. Then add the fried paneer.
Step 10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Step 11. Servet hot. It goes well with roti, chappathi or paratha.

Tasty Tips:

* Add ¼ teaspoon of sugar to get smoother taste.
