
Ingredients:
1. Basmathi Rice – 200 gms.
2. Paneer – 150 gms.
3. Carrot – 1 no.
4. Capsicum – 1 no.
5. Mushroom – 100 gms.
6. Onion (big) – 1 no.
7. Ghee – 2 tablespoons.
8. Oil – 2 tablespoons.
9. Cinnamon – 1 peace.
10. Cloves – 3 no.
11. Salt – as required.
12. Green Chilli - 3 nos.
Preparation Procedure:
Step 1. Fry the paneer pieces and keep it seperately.
Step 2. Soak the rice for 30 minutes.
Step 3. Heat the vessel and add the ghee and oil.
Step 4. Fry along with cinnamon and cloves.
Step 5. Add the onion, green chilli, mushrooms, carrot, capsicum (all are chopped)
Step 6. Fry them.
Step 7. Add the fried paneer pieces.
Step 8. Add 400 ml of water and salt and allow it to boil.
Step 9. Now add the rice (soaked).
Step 10.Cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
Step 11.Garnish with coriander leaves and cashewnuts.
Step 12.Serve hot and enjoy the ‘Paneer Mushroom Pulav’.
Tasty Tips:
* Add ½ teaspoon of pepper powder, if you would like it to be very hot.
* Serve pulav with salad, prefereably onion with lemon would add terrible taste.
