Preparing Paneer Masala:

Paneer Masala:

This is the unique recipe that everybody likes to have with Roti (Chappathi), Dosa. It even gets along nicely with Paratha. Try this today and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1. Paneer - 200 gms.
2. Onion - 3 No.
3. Ginger - 1 pc.
4. Green Chilli - 1
5. Chopped Coriandar leaves - 1 table spoon.
6. Tomato (Chopped) - 1 no.
7. Curd - ½ cup.
8. Butter - 2 spoons.
9. Oil - 2 spoons.
10. Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
11. Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon.
12. Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon.
13. Cinnamon - 1 piece.
14. Salt - as required.


Preparation Procedure:



Step 1. Take the vessel and add butter and oil and heat it.
Step 2. Add onion and fry it till it gets brown in colour.
Step 3. Add ginger, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder and allow it to be
fried for a minute.
Step 4. Add tomato, green chilli and cinnamon and fry it well.
Step 5. Add curd with resultant with the salt.
Step 6. Now mix ½ cup of water and allow it to cook.
Step 7. Add the important ingredient Paneer pieces and allow it to cook.
Step 8. Garnish with coriander leaves and get ready to eat one of the tastiest food in the world.


Secret Tip:
  • To get the magic taste, add ½ teaspoon of cashewnut paste.
  • The good and tasty paneer should be pure in white.
  • The tomato should be fried well to get the correct taste.
  • Instead of curd, you may also use fresh cream.
