How to prepare yummy ' Coconut Milk Peas Pulav ' ?

Preparing Tasty Coconut Milk Peas Pulav :


'Coconut Milk Peas pulav' is the tasty rice recipe that comes with slight masala taste and it is very worth to try. Enjoy.


Ingredients

1. Basmati Rice - 500 gms.
2. Coconut Milk - 1 litre. (or 5 cups)
3. Peas - 300 gms.
4. Onion - 100 gms.
5. Cinnamon - 2 small pieces.
6. Cloves - 3 nos.
7. Cardamom - 3 nos.
8. Bay leaf (Biryani Leaf) - 2 nos.
9. Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 teaspoons.
10. Green Chilli - 2 nos.
11. Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 teaspoons.
12. Mint leaves - 1 teaspoon.
13. Salt - as required.
14. Oil - 50 gms.
15. Ghee - 3 teaspoons.

Preparation Procedure

Step 1. Prepare the cinnamon, cloves and cardamom into a powder.
Step 2. Heat the oil and fry the onion, green chillies, green peas and add the masala mixture.
Step 3. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves and fry them.
Step 4. Add coconut milk and salt and allow it to boil.
Step 5. Now add the basmati rice and allow it to cook in low flame.
Step 6. Add ghee.
Step 7. Serve hot and enjoy one of the tastiet recipes.

Secret Taste Tips:

* It goes well with lemon-onion side salad.
* Coupled with chicken curry or egg curry will enhance the taste.
* Garnish with roasted cashew-nuts.
