How to make 'Chicken Pepper Curry' :








Ingredients:

1. Chicken - 750 gms.
2. Onion - 2 no.
3. Pepper - 1 table spoon.
4. Red Chilli - 5 no.
5. Green Chilli - 1 no.
6. Turmeric Powder - 2 pinch. (1/2 teaspoon)
7. Refined Oil - 3 table spoon.
8. Chopped Garlic - 1 table spoon.
9. Curry Leaves & Salt as required.

Preparation Procedure:

Step 1: Grind the spices and make a masala paste.
Step 2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onion along with curry leaves and green chilli.
Step 3. Add the masala paste and allow it to cook, till the colour turns to brown.
Step 4. Now add the cleaned/marinated chicken with 200 ml of water and required salt, then allow it to be boiled and get it thick.
Step 5. Now serve it hot and enjoy. It goes well with Rice, Chappathi, Roti or Dosa.

  • Add ginger while making masala paste.

  • Add tomato paste in step 3.

  • Fry the chicken slightly in advance before this step 4.
