Egg Curry:

Ingredients:
- Egg - 6 nos.
- Coconut - ½.
- Green Chilli – 2 nos
- Ginger - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1
- Tomato - 2 nos.
- Cummin (Jeeragam) - ½ teaspoon.
- Refined Oil – 50 ml.
- Coriander leaves – 50 gms.
- Mint leaves – 25 gms.
- Salt - as required.
Preparation Procedure:
Step 1. Boil the egg and remove its shell.
Step 2. Grind the coconut, green chilli, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, coriander leaves into a paste.
Step 3. Heat the oil, then add cumin and fry.
Step 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry well.
Step 5. Add the masala paste.
Step 6. Add the salt and boiled egg and allow it to cook.
Step 7. Serve hot and enjoy. It goes well with rice, chappathi and paratha.
Tasty Tip:
* Add ½ teaspoon of sugar to the masala to get the smoothy taste.
